DESCRIPTION:How does one officially know spring has sprung?? Well\, unofficially it’s when Fressgassfest Street Festival 2020 welcomes us to the street!  As every Frankfurter knows\, there is plenty to eat and drink and plenty to be merry about!  Traditionally one of the first street festivals of the year\, much of it runs along Große Bockenheimer Straße.  Wine and culinary delights await you at more stalls than you could ever hope to visit in a day (but give it a go)! \nGood to know:\n\nentrance is free\ncrowd may be described as ‘chic’\, however\, everyone is certainly welcome\ncan get very very congested\, particularly after work and if the weather is exceptionally nice\nbring cash makes things easier\nmost places operate with a deposit on all glasses which is refunded when the glass is returned\nlocated in the Innenstadt\nfor more info see here
